Hey there, fellow adventurers! Guess what? We had another awesome day of team building and training at PhotoBaby this week. We’re super excited to tell you all about it! Team building and training are part of our secret recipe for success, just like how chocolate chips are the secret to the best cookies.
Winter is Coming
So, as you know, winter is coming, and with it, darker days. That means we won’t have as much natural light to make our photos look magical. But we’re on top of it! Our morning was all about perfecting our winter lighting techniques ready for winter-themed sets. Soon it will be like a magical world of snowflakes, hot cocoa, and cozy sweaters right here in our studio. We want to make sure your family portraits this winter are as perfect as a snowflake!
But here’s the best part – we had an absolute blast doing it! Our team is not just coworkers; we’re like a big, happy family. We couldn’t stop giggling while taking turns posing as adorable babies and families. It’s like a game of make-believe come to life.
Lunch Party
Then came lunchtime, which was just awesome. Our team members usually work on different days, so we don’t often get to hang out together. We do have an online group where we share tips and tricks, but nothing beats in-person fun. We chatted about everything from our favourite movies to our silliest childhood memories. It was like a lunchtime party!

After we were all fuelled up and ready to go, we got down to business. We updated our team photo yet again, this time with our newest addition Danielle. Then, we did something very cool – we made a Christmas promo video! It’s become sort of a tradition for us to make these fun videos where the team show off our latest studio sets. This time, we transformed into Santa’s workshop elves, and it was a riot!
And guess what? We can’t wait for you to come and try out our new set too! It’s going to be so much fun, just like being in a real-life Christmas movie.
Making Things Even Better
But wait, there’s more! After all the excitement, we got serious (but still had fun, of course) and talked about how we can make your PhotoBaby experience even better. We brainstormed tons of fantastic ideas to make your journey with us even more magical. It’s like coming up with a recipe for the most delicious hot cocoa with marshmallows! ☕
So, there you have it, our amazing day of team building and training at PhotoBaby. We perfected our lighting, had a blast being silly, shared a delicious lunch, and got very creative with photos and videos. Now we can’t wait to give you the best winter photo experience ever.
