VIP Milestones Package Terms & Conditions

Our VIP Milestones Package is designed to capture your little one’s precious journey through their first years. To ensure we can provide the best possible experience for every family, please take a moment to read our package terms.

Your VIP Milestones Package Includes

Your package includes the photography sessions, products and/or image collections detailed at the time of booking. Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to studio availability.

Package Expiry

All sessions included within your VIP Milestones Package must be completed within three years of the package purchase date. Any unused sessions, products, credits or benefits remaining after this date will expire and cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged.

Booking Your Sessions

We recommend booking sessions well in advance to secure your preferred dates. While we will always do our best to accommodate requests, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation of the Package

Should you choose to cancel your VIP Milestones Package before all included sessions have been completed, any discounts applied through the package will be removed.

All photography sessions, images, products and services already received will be recalculated at our current standard (non-package) pricing. The value of these items and services will be deducted from any refund due. If the value received exceeds the amount paid, the outstanding balance will become payable.

Rescheduling Sessions

We understand that family life can be unpredictable. Session dates may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Frequent rescheduling may affect availability for future sessions.

Non-Transferable

VIP Milestones Packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared between families.

Product Collection

Included products and artwork must be selected within a reasonable timeframe following your viewing appointment. Unclaimed products may be subject to storage limitations.

Image Storage

We recommend purchasing any images you may wish to keep. While we make every effort to archive photographs, we cannot guarantee indefinite storage of digital files.

Refunds

Packages are non-refundable once any session, image, product or package benefit has been redeemed.

Studio Policy

By purchasing a VIP Milestones Package, you agree to abide by the studio’s standard booking terms and conditions, which may be updated from time to time.
