We’re looking for a Studio Manager who will become the heart of our studio – someone who loves people, thrives on organisation and takes pride in making sure every client feels truly special.

The Role
As Studio Manager, you’ll be responsible for keeping the studio running smoothly day to day. You’ll support our clients from their first enquiry through to viewing their beautiful images, whilst ensuring the team has everything they need to deliver an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day running of the studio
- Confirming bookings and ensuring appointments are organised correctly
- Liaising with clients by phone, email and in person
- Creating a warm, welcoming experience for every family who visits the studio
- Hosting viewing appointments and helping clients choose and purchase their artwork
- Responding to emails and client enquiries promptly
- Keeping client records and studio systems up to date
- Completing weekly and daily data entry tasks accurately and on time
- Managing invoices, supplier payments and studio bills
- Communicating proactively with suppliers and partner businesses when required
- Ensuring photographers have all the information they need for every session
- Monitoring studio processes and identifying anything that needs attention before it becomes a problem
- Supporting the wider team and helping create a positive studio culture
Pay and Benefits
- £13 per hour
- 3–4 days per week
- Two weekends per month
- 20 days paid holiday (pro rata if applicable)
