Join us at an exciting time in our journey.

As one of Lancashire’s leading baby and family photography studios, we’re growing once again, expanding our studio space and creating even more magical experiences for the families who trust us to capture their most precious memories.

We’re looking for a Studio Manager who will become the heart of our studio – someone who loves people, thrives on organisation and takes pride in making sure every client feels truly special.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. One moment you could be welcoming a family into the studio, the next supporting a viewing appointment, helping the team prepare for upcoming shoots, or ensuring everything behind the scenes is running smoothly.

If you’re looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference, be part of a supportive team, and help shape the future of a growing creative business, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

As Studio Manager, you’ll be responsible for keeping the studio running smoothly day to day. You’ll support our clients from their first enquiry through to viewing their beautiful images, whilst ensuring the team has everything they need to deliver an exceptional experience.

The Person We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for someone who simply waits to be told what to do. We want someone who notices what needs doing and gets it done.

The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, keeps on top of the little details, communicates openly, and understands that the small jobs are often the ones that keep a business running smoothly.

We will be interviewing throughout July and starting the roll in August.

If you think all this is you, hit the link below and fill in our application form.

Most importantly, you’ll help our families feel valued, cared for and excited every time they interact with our studio.
