Jo Hill’s Photoshoot Experience in her own words.
We had the loveliest experience throughout our photoshoot with Eleanor!
We were nervous as to how our kids would act during the photo shoot as our 2 year old often throws a good paddy (as they do!), but Eleanor made us all feel extremely comfortable. She successfully managed to entertain our two boys with lots of toys and a pull along wagon which they were absolutely thrilled about!
She was absolutely fantastic with our newborn daughter as well, despite her having a bit of a cluster feed and a lot of wind, she was incredibly patient, gentle and made sure she was comfortable throughout. Eleanor went the extra mile with baby, winding her, changing her and just taking that extra care all-together which meant as parents of three children under 5, we could just breathe!
If anyone knows what they are doing when it comes to little people, it’s Eleanor.
Jo Came to the Rescue!
We would also like to say a massive shoutout to Jo at PhotoBaby who was incredibly lovely from the get go. We had a really good natter with her, she was very friendly and instantly put us at ease. During our shoot, our toddler had a small leak through his pants. It just so happened to be on a day we hadn’t packed a spare pair of pants. Jo went out of her way to dry the pants with a hair dryer which was an absolute life saver. And she even grabbed us a spare nappy! They are well equipped for your kids and are honestly just amazing.
Finally, we would like to shoutout Dan!
We had another session reviewing our lovely photos with Dan yesterday. hHe was absolutely fantastic! He explained everything clearly to us and guided us through choosing the best photos. He helped us to visualise what certain photos would look like when merged and edited. Dan is very friendly, laid back and informative. We had a good little laugh and conversation with him whilst in there.
All the staff went the extra mile for us and we are very appreciative!
